By accessing or using ProgMetis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using ProgMetis on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use ProgMetis.

2. Account Registration

To use ProgMetis, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the Service
Permitted Use

ProgMetis is provided for project management, team collaboration, and related productivity purposes. You may use the service in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: • Use ProgMetis for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, teams, or data • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Impersonate another person or entity • Use the service to send unsolicited communications or spam

4. Teams and Workspaces

ProgMetis organizes work within teams (workspaces). Each team is a separate, isolated workspace. Data, projects, tasks, and communications within one team are never shared with or accessible by another team.

Team administrators are responsible for managing team membership, roles, and permissions. The team administrator who creates the workspace is the initial owner and can assign roles (team admin, project manager, or contributor) to other members.

5. Your Content
Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in ProgMetis, including projects, tasks, comments, attachments, and any other materials ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.

License

By using ProgMetis, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We do not monitor or review the content you store in ProgMetis.

6. Subscription and Billing
Free and Paid Plans

ProgMetis offers both free and paid subscription plans. The features available to you depend on your current plan. We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, and availability with reasonable notice.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of ProgMetis but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned maintenance that may affect service availability.

8. Intellectual Property

ProgMetis, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of ProgMetis without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProgMetis and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ProgMetis is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

11. Termination

You may stop using ProgMetis and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of ProgMetis after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the service and delete your account.

13. General Provisions
Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProgMetis regarding the use of the service.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
